Text-to-Speech Now Available in Literati Public

Great news! Text-to-Speech functionality is now available for the full-text digital reference content in the Literati Public database. Incorporation of this technology, developed by ReadSpeaker, will be of great help to people with visual impairments, English language learners, and other researchers with needs for an auditory component in conducting research.

Click the Listen button at the top of any topic page to begin reading aloud from the beginning of the article. To hear the text of a specific section or paragraph spoken aloud, highlight that section of text, then click Listen.

Literati Public is available to all public and school libraries in North Dakota through the North Dakota State Library. Check it out at http://public.literati.credoreference.com/
